60 years old man who was heavy smoker for 20 years..with ahistory of cough & sputum for 2 months for the previous 3 years
O/E he has central cyanosis with edema of both legs & raised JVP.

WHAT IS THE Dx ???

ANSWER/ Cor-pulmonale due to chronic bronchitis.
