ACE-inhibitors...
hi all, one of the commenest and important drugs in medicine are the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (captopril).... last researches showed that it may cause coomb's +ve hemolytic anaemia.... so one of the causes of refractory anaemia to erythropoietin treatment in patients with CRF is CAPOTEN...(it is used because of it's beneficial effect in halting the decline in GFR and progression of CRF by controlling the intraglomerular pressure)....
