1- myocardial infarction.
2- endocarditis.
3- aortic dissection.
4- pericardial temponade.
5- pulmonary embolism.

Enodcarditis 100%

when the PDA small u close it because the risk of endocarditis
whent it is big and usualy it is nt,otherwise will not stay asymptomatic to such age,u close it because u dont to end with LVF
