a pregnant woman in her 4th month with severe vomiting when she was presented her doctor made an ECG for her there was ST segment depression..what do u think the DX is?

its really so simple...

any vomiting will cause electrolyte disturbance...and the electrolyte disturbance is one of the major cause of E.C.G changes..
