hepatoma

a 60 years old male,cirrhotic admitted now for afew weeks hx of moderate wt.loss with vague dyspepsia .
O/E clubbing ,liver is palpable 3 cm below costal margin with moderate ascitis & jaundice
Ix-show bilirubin 4 mg, mainly direct ,SGOT=63 IU, ALP=18 KAU, anti HBe were +ve
what is Dx? give 3 Ix to confirm your D.x?

Hepatocellular carsinoma
U/S or CT
INA (to document cell)
alpha-feto protien (tumor marker)
