A 70 years old male (who is a known case of ischemic heart disease since 30 years ago), presented to the casuality with an upper GI bleeding....

WHAT DO U THINK THE CAUSE MAY BE?

since he is an IHD patient for 30 yr , so probably he's on asprin which is a risk factor for developing ulcer & as a result upper GIT bleeding
